Why do I enjoy overcoming material?
In that stretching, tightening, cutting of threads, ropes and horsehair, there is a hidden desire
TO INTEGRATE THE STRUCTURE OF REALITY in time and space..…

I have been weaving for almost fifty years.
I am a finely trained autodidact, a few collective exhibitions,
a few works in Denmark, Sweden, Italy.
I prefer non-noble materials.
I work with sisal, jute, hemp,
flax, horsehair, wool...

My theme is the secret of life of mitochondria, telomeres, exosomes...
the dramas of phagocytosis, opsonization, apoptosis...
Symbiotic relationships in the paintings I think of.
I leave my amazement as a trace of the event woven into the object.…

The message is RESET- RESTART- REFOCUS
Don't imprison your mind in dogma, broaden your perspective.
Read the world with new eyes. It's a joy.
